AAI’s internal Airport operations course is designed to expose students to all the facets of activities associated with an airport from airside operations and landside to terminal operations and equip them with key knowledge and tools necessary to proactively address the essential operational and business needs of 21st century airports. AAI’s training equipment’s make students a broad understanding of airside operations at an airport including the various components of Airside Operations and how these components interact with each other to form an operational system and gain knowledge to optimize airport terminal and landside operations and provide a positive passenger experience in harmony with security requirements .
