Please follow these steps to get admission to any courses provided by the AAI’s IATA Training Hub.
Select a course: Visit the AAI’s IATA Training Hub website and browse through the available courses. Choose the one that suits your interests and career goals. Then Go to Pages in the top menubar and click Student Page/ Learners page. Signe-up for a student account for free.
Learn about the course in detail: Click on the course you’re interested in to access the detailed course page. Read through the provided information, including the course description, duration, syllabus, and any prerequisites. Ensure that the course aligns with your expectations and requirements.
Create a dedicated email account: To facilitate communication related to the IATA course, it’s recommended to create a new email account dedicated solely to this purpose. Choose a reliable email service provider and create an account with a username that reflects your association with the IATA course.
Fill the admission form: On the course page, you should find an admission form. Fill out all the required details accurately, including personal information, educational background, and any additional information requested. Take your time to complete the form correctly, as it will be used for your enrollment process.
Submit the admission form: After filling out the admission form, submit it through the provided submission option on the course page. Double-check all the entered information to ensure accuracy.
Share email account credentials : If the AAI’s Training Hub requires email account credentials for technical assistance during the course, they may ask you to share your dedicated email account information. Be cautious while sharing such details and ensure that you have giving the same only to authorised from the training hub . Consider changing your password after the technical assistance is provided.
Make the payment: Once your admission form is submitted and approved by the AAI Training Hub, you will receive payment instructions. The AAI Training Hub will provide you with a link to make the payment directly to IATA. Payments are typically made in US dollars. Alternatively, you may remit the payment iin INR to the AAI’s authorized account.
Submit payment details and proof: After making the payment, provide the AAI Training Hub with the payment details and proof of payment to IATA. This step is necessary to process your enrollment and confirm your seat in the course.
Assistance from the admission team: The AAI’s admission team will provide ongoing assistance throughout your course. They will address any queries, technical issues, or other concerns you may have during your learning journey.
Complete the course: Once enrolled, you can begin your IATA course. Follow the course materials, engage with the learning resources, and actively participate in any assignments or assessments. Work diligently to complete the course requirements within the specified duration.
