Job Description
21 years of age.
· Currently flying as SCA or CA who has finished 18 months of flying.
Note: Applicants with previous flying experience from various airlines are required to produce a duly authenticated record of their SEP Card (02 RCT endorsed) from their previous airline (if applicable) as per the CAR Requirement.
Job Specification:
• Lead Cabin Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers on board. They prepare passengers/cabin for take offs, landings and emergencies, as well as providing In Flight Services. Provide exceptional Customer Service on board Job Description:
• Responsible for coordinating all communication with crew
• Coordinates duties & assigns responsibilities to all cabin attendants
• Conduct pre/post flight briefings to establish standards & assign responsibilities
• Preflight Check all emergency equipment.
• Ensures Uniform & Grooming Standards are adhered to.
• Ensures strict compliance to all D.G.C.A. regulations.
• Ensures customer service regulations are adhered to.
• Making all In flight Announcements.
• Ensures flight is operated according to company standards & policies.
• Qualifies in the use of emergency equipment and procedures.
• Handles Pax Queries/Complaints in an effective and professional manner.
• Carries out responsibilities relating to the safety of the aircraft, customers, and crew.
