Terms and Conditions for Enrolling in the IATA Course through Authorized Training Partner, Airline Academy India (AAI)

Enrollment and Registration: By enrolling in the IATA course offered by Airline Academy India (AAI), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Registration is subject to availability and successful completion of all prerequisites.

Payment and Fees: Payment of course fees is required to secure your enrollment.Fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Access Duration: The duration of your access to self-learning courses is determined by IATA’s policies and may vary from course to course.

Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technical equipment and internet access to effectively participate in self-learning courses.

Course Access:Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to course materials for the duration of your enrollment.

Intellectual Property:All course content, materials, and intellectual property provided by AAI remain the exclusive property of IATA or AAI and or its course licensors.

Attendance and Participation: Regular attendance and active participation in classes, assignments, and assessments are required to successfully complete the course.

Code of Conduct:You are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful learning environment. Any violations may result in disciplinary actions, including dismissal from the course.
