Refund Policy for AAI’s IATA Training Hub:

1. Refund Eligibility: AAI’s IATA Training Hub understands that circumstances may arise where participants may need to request a refund. The refund eligibility and conditions are as follows:
2.  Course Cancellation: In the event that AAI’s IATA Training Hub cancels a course or program, participants will be eligible for a full refund of the fees paid for the course itself.
3. Withdrawal or Cancellation by Participant:

4. Refund Timeframe: Participants who wish to withdraw from a course or cancel their enrollment may be eligible for a refund based on the following timeframes:

   • Full Refund: A 100% refund may be applicable if the withdrawal or cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the course commencement date.

   • Partial Refund: A 50% refund may be applicable if the withdrawal or cancellation request is made between 7 days and 48 hours before the course commencement date.

   • Non-Refundable: The training fee becomes 100% non-refundable if the withdrawal or cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the course commencement date.

5.  Refund on Study Kit: Please note that there will be no refund provided for the IATA Courses Study Kit price that is directly paid to IATA by the student or on behalf of the student. The Study Kit price is non-refundable once the payment is made.

The request should include relevant details such as the participant’s name, course details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation if required.
8.  Refund Evaluation: AAI’s IATA Training Hub will review the refund request and assess its eligibility based on the refund policy and specified timeframes. The evaluation process may take a reasonable amount of time.

13.  Trivandrum District Jurisdiction: Any disputes or conflicts arising from the refund process or related matters will be settled within the jurisdiction of the Trivandrum district, or as otherwise legally specified.
