How to do Online Payment

The AAI’s Training Hub will provide you with a link or instructions on how to access the payment portal. Open the provided link in a web browser. To make an online payment for the IATA course through AAI’s Training Hub website, selecet a course and add to cart then click and proceed for checkout, your compleate bill may be displayed. Once you are confirmed the items and amount,  follow these general steps:

  1. Select the payment method: On the payment portal, you will typically have multiple options for payment methods. Choose the one that suits you best, such as credit/debit card, net banking, or digital wallets.

  2. Enter payment details: Depending on the chosen payment method, you will be required to provide specific information. For credit/debit card payments, enter the cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date, and CVV/CVC code. If using net banking, select your bank and enter the necessary credentials. Digital wallets may require you to log in and authorize the payment.

  3. Verify the payment: Before proceeding, review the payment details you entered to ensure accuracy. Check the amount, payment method, and any other relevant information. If everything is correct, proceed to the next step.

  4. Authenticate the transaction: Depending on the payment method and security protocols, you may need to provide additional verification, such as entering a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

  5. Complete the payment: After successfully verifying the transaction, click on the “Pay” or “Submit” button to finalize the payment. Do not close the payment window or navigate away from the page until the process is complete.

  6. Obtain payment confirmation: Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation message or email indicating the successful completion of the transaction. This confirmation serves as proof of payment.

Note: It’s important to ensure that you are making the payment on a secure and trusted payment portal. Look for secure padlock symbols in the browser address bar, use trusted payment gateways, and avoid sharing your payment details on unsecured or suspicious websites.
